Product Introduction

GG9064 planetary dry mirror polishing machine adopts planetary composite motion. Abrasive media creates three-dimensional grinding on workpieces. It realizes dead-angle-free full-surface polishing and high-gloss mirror finish, suitable for mass-production of complex-shape precision metal workpieces.

Working Principle

Place metal workpieces, special plant-based abrasive particles and polishing oil into the drum. Driven by centrifugal force, workpieces and abrasives collide, roll and rub against each other. Micro-cutting removes burrs, scratches and oxide layers automatically, replacing manual polishing to achieve mirror surface.
