Flat Surface Wire-Drawing Machine

Product Introduction

This flat surface wire-drawing machine adopts conveyor feeding structure. Workpieces pass through the machine to process top and bottom flat surfaces. It creates clear linear wire-draw texture, and completes deburring and chamfering simultaneously.

Important Notes: Only top and bottom flat surfaces can be processed. Mirror finish cannot be achieved. Side edges and peripheral surfaces will not be touched. No workpiece fixture is required; parts are conveyed through by belt.

Working Principle

Workpieces are transported by conveyor belt through the machine. Rotating abrasive belts grind directly on top and bottom surfaces. It removes burrs and sharp edges, and forms uniform wire-draw lines on flat surfaces, replacing manual wire-drawing operations.
